I stumbled across this one. Out of curiosity, I'd like to see what answer you believe to be the correct one, and please be smart and explain to me your reasoning as to why you chose the answer you did (try not to dig yourself in a hole either).

Here we go:

What answer is logically consistent with this question?

A.) This is not the answer
B.) There is no correct answer
C.) A is the only correct answer
D.) B is the only correct answer

Smart response Chris, but you're over analyzing the question. Relativism and pluralism, you're on the right track, but there is one answer that is correct (although it can be argued through your previous statement) bring it to a more logical approach, such as elimination and argument of consistency as defined by manner in which the question is asked.

See? You got it. The answer all depends on your point of view, whether this is a pholosophical/intellectual/or even just English language's composition of it all. Although, there is in fact and answer that makes more sense than the rest.

Well there is no correct answer. It's just not possible. C and D are wrong and I won't go into why. By answering B you are contradicting yourself and are therefor wrong. But for A to be right, you must ignore what A actually says, which wouldn't make any sense. It's just like asking, "What is the sound of one hand clapping?" It's not meant to have a correct answer even though you could find justification for B to be correct. But the whole question is more about the English language than a philosophical, or intellectual challenge. The question confines the answerer into not being able to manipulate any of the words used to really come up with an answer that makes sense.

could be any !

To answer your question, we need to know what you mean by “consistent” in the question. What is it for one logic to be consistent with another one? It could mean a number of different things, and our answers would probably go in different ways.

Anyway, the position is a pluralism and not a relativism. I think that there are different logics, and that they differ from each other. That means, that we think that certain arguments are valid with respect to some logics and invalid with respect to others, and there’s no further question as to whether or not the argument is really valid.

not even sure the quesiton..but ill go with B is the answer meaning there is no correct answer...A can not be the answer..because thats what it states...C can not be correct because it states A is the correct answer which we previously just saw is untrue...and D can not be right because B states there is no correct answer, so D could not be correct...no clue if that made sense at all

i rethought it and this is what i came up with...
the answer is C...because A is not the answer as stated...B says there is no correct answer, but there is...D can not be right because it states B is correct, but B is wrong since there is a correct answer..so that leaves C as correct stating that A is the only one stating something correct
