It is already there...
It is called second commandment: You shall not misuse the name of the Lord your God.

I don't think the world would be any different. People have broken the 10 Commandments ever since they came down from Mt. Sinai. And anyway, I'm sure God does imply that somewhere in the scriptures anyway.

First we need to determine which God we are talking about here. Are you referring to the real God, the unconditionally loving God who we are all a part of? This is the one Jesus was talking about when he said the kingdom of God is within you. The one who is our dearest friend and closest companion.
Or are we talking about the angry little judgmental God that lives on some far off cloud called heaven. The one who seems to be more concerned with our errors than he is with our successes? You know the egocentric needy little God that always wants people to worship him. The one who is always unavailable because he is only a fantasy? You need to specify if you want a real answer.

Yes she is right, that is covered in "Do not take the Lord's name in vain." Wouldnt matter, people do not hold to the truth no matter how specific the scriptures get. Even though it says many things are detestable to God, people are still happy to enjoy it. Thats why this world is coming to an end!

It would be very different, look at all the other countries in the world that does just that. How many "Holy Wars" have there been. I've never been able to understand how anyone could say their God orders killing or allows killing in his name.

SIT AND THINK ABOUT IT, EVEN THOUGH THERE ARE 10 COMMANDMENTS--ALOT OF PEOPLE DON'T EVEN FOLLOW THOSE SO WHY WOULD YOUR 11TH COMMANDMENT HELP?!?!? I THINK THAT GOD KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING WHEN HE CAME UP WITH THE 10 THAT HE DID.

It wouldn't. It would be just as confused as it is now. People would start spouting off the philosophy of god "leading by example" instead of "do as I say not as I do".

No difference. Christians will just ignore it just like the other 10.

People have been finding ways to warp the bible to their needs for centuries. I don't think adding that would have changed much.
