Jehovah Witnesses don't. Nor do they celebrate any holiday at all. Some born-again Christians don't either -- though I think in that case it's more of a personal preference.

I dont believe the Jehova's Witnesses celebrate much of anything. It, like all religions, is bogus!

Jehovah's Witnesses do not celebrate their birthdays because if they do so, they will exalt themselves rather than make God the center of attention in their lives.
