I found out just a few weeks ago, but I've been eating Caesar's salad for years.

I knew it all along. You can make it without anchovies or anchovy paste.

when I tried to make a Caesar salad from scratch... that's when I realized I must like anchovies :)

Never had it with anchovies but I do like anchovies though. Should taste good and I will have to try that.

LoL I always knew, and I didn't realize people didn't know that. The other day I mentioned it to my friend as she was eating one, and she freaked out saying she never knew and was always eating caesar salads. She was really grossed out. I say, as long as it tastes good, who gives a damn.

well.. dont care even it has anchovies in it..
i'll still eat Caesar's salad..they're good..

real Cesar dressing does NOT contain anchovies. It has Worcestershire sauce in to which has anchovies as part of its ingredients.

In Culinary School, it enhances the dressings flavor, you can not even tell it is in the product.
