if i make an excaxt copy of a cd should i use the orignal to install it or the copied one or does it not matter

If the CD has been copied properly then it should work as well as the original. It should not make any difference while using it.
If you have used a cheap CD for making the copy then it is worthwhile preserving the original in case the cheap CD gives you trouble later on.

I would try the copy to see if it works. if not you always have the original.
