How do you make your stomach shrink? I know not eating, but I doin't want to starve myself. Are there any safer ways to make your appitite smaller?

Eat what you normally eat, but cut your portions down at night. Your meals are fine for breakfast and lunch, it's the night time eating you want to cut back on. Cut out sweets and just have them 1-2 days a week. Hope this helps......

Eat more fiber and you will feel full. Fruits and veggies have alot of fiber.
