...Considering Hell isn't real, no, gay people won't end up there.
But... for the sake of the question, we'll assume Hell exists and that some people go there when they die...
Some will, but not for being gay. It's not a sin, not immoral, not a disease, not a disorder, not a dysfunction, not a maladjustment, not an illness, not anything but a healthy, normal sexual orientation.
Fred Phelps... oh, he's going to Hell no matter what. Even though it DOESN'T exist, he's still going there. That's how much of a sh*thead he is... reality is going to make an exception for that massive ambulating zit.

It is dangerous to say a person is going to Hell because human beings do not have the authority to judge others. Best to let God decides who comes into his Kingdom.
On the other hand the activity of homosexuality is an abomination and essentially a sinful activity as is fornication. At some point a person needs to die to all sin to enter a Kingdom where there is no sin. Best to ask God in the sincerity of your heart to reveal the reality to you.

gf17gr,
Great question. This ones my specialty.
It is true that the Bible says that homosexuality is a sin. Well, if sin is what to aviod, the Bible is also clear that none are sinless. So what's the difference between one sin or another? All condemn us to death, eternity away from God. So what now? No one gets into heaven?
No.
The Bible is clear, come to Jesus and get your sins washed away. All of them; past, present, and future.
So after you are saved, what then? The Bible is clear. For faith you stay clean in God's eyes. Since all have admitted to being a sinner, they stay sinners. Saved sinners, but sinners still. That's why it doesn't take too long to see that a Christian is f*@ked up just like anyone else when you get to know him or her.
You make it to God if you have faith, which is another way to say that IF you trust Him.
I have been persuaded by the Bible that there has never in the history of the world that went to Hell because they were Gay, not one. What they went to Hell for is the same thing, lack of trust in God.
If you want to come to God, it's because He wants you to come to Him. It's that simple. Even the desire to know Him is credited to Him. What you have to do is make a choice. Respond to Him or don't.
Gay or straight, you can only be accepted by God if you accept the sacrifice of Jesus as payment for your sins. When you pray to Him, tell Him that you are wanting to be saved. That you don't want to go to Hell, and that you claim the sacrifice that Jesus made for the sins of the world to cover your sins.
What happens then is His Spirit comes to you and makes you different. Does He immediately stop you from being Gay? Probably not. He knows what it is that He wants to work on you about, it might be something to do with you faith, strengthening that, or something completely different. But whatever it is, know that you can trust Him. Get into the Bible.
Even I got saved. If I can you can, all it takes is for you to begin exercising faith. If you want to e-mail me please do so. I am willing to help you.

1Co 6:9 Don’t you know that evil people will not receive God’s kingdom? Don’t be fooled. Those who commit sexual sins will not receive the kingdom. Neither will those who worship statues of gods or commit adultery. Neither will men who are prostitutes or who commit homosexual acts. 10 Neither will thieves or those who always want more and more. Neither will those who are often drunk or tell lies or cheat. People who live like that will not receive God’s kingdom. 11 Some of you used to do those things. But your sins were washed away. You were made holy. You were made right with God. All of that was done in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.
So, scripture says it is sin, but also says some of the church in Corinth were former homosexuals who had repented. From that we deduce that it is not permanent and no one was born that way... Sounds like any other sin.

Most likely no one would claim to be perfect. Yet most people would consider themselves to be a good person. The Bible even tells us of this tendency, Proverbs 20:6 (KJV) "Most men will proclaim every one his own goodness...". The idea that most often goes along with this philosophy is that all "good people" go to heaven, and only "bad people" go to hell. Since most people would consider themselves to be a good person, we can understand why most Americans think that they are Christians and are headed for heaven. This would also seem to explain why most people don't concern themselves about Jesus and the Bible. To them there is no need to worry about death and eternal Judgment.
A "good person" is a myth, something that is imaginary and having an unverifiable existence. According to Jesus Christ there is no such thing as a "good person". Mark 10:17-18 "As Jesus started on his way, a man ran up to him and fell on his knees before him. 'Good teacher,' he asked, 'what must I do to inherit eternal life?' 'Why do you call me good?' Jesus answered, 'No one is good – except God alone." Notice what Jesus said. He didn't say that no one was perfect, he said that no one is good – except God.
The reason that America and Jesus have such different conceptions of "good people" is because they each use a different standard of judgment. Most people use other people to determine whether they are a "good person" or not. When we compare ourselves to mass murderers, rapists, child molesters and other people who commit horrible acts of violence and crime we think we look quite good. This is where our deception takes place. Our standard for judging people is not the same as God's. God won't compare us to anyone, but rather we will be judged according to His Law.
He quite specifically forbids homosexual behavior.
'You shall not lie with a male as with a woman. It is an abomination' (Leviticus 18:22; see also Leviticus 20:13).
Disobedience of such a clear command indicates rejection of God's authority.
Some people argue that the Old Testament law (including Leviticus 18 and 20) was superseded with the coming of Christ. However, we should at least consider as binding those aspects of the law that are renewed in the New Testament. The teaching of Leviticus 18:22 and 20:13 was certainly reaffirmed in the New Testament.

well see God does see the gay lifestyle as a sin, and yes we will all sin sometime, But Christian's know they sin and try not to, They have a relationship with God and love him and want to live a life that pleases him, so they would try not to do anything that goes against God. People that live in sin and decide to stay living that way can not have a relationship with God because if you really did love your God you would do what he likes.

I don't know. But for the religious people out there, especially Christians, Jesus said to judge not. So I guess that should be taken into account. If there is a heaven and hell and God makes the decisions, does anyone really know what or how he would decide?

Hell is very much real please don't listen to those who told you not and no one can judge you. However the bible backs it up saying that is a sin so if that is a sin in GODS EYES then yes it's a problem if you don't repent and ask forgiveness. And thats not me judging you sweetie and don't listen to ppl who say "THEY" don't think its a sin their not God I'M not God either but God answers that question in the bible sweetie because sin is not of him and thats something he believes as a sin. I hope I didn't lose you.

1corthians 6:9 Say that nor men who lie with men with inherit God's kingdom which by the way is here on the earthl
The wages of sin is death the bible says and Hell is the grave.
Adam and Eve were given a beautiful home and there wickedness didn't cause us to lose it.
God told Adam for dust you are and to dust you will return.
those who do right get to live on the earth forever.

They will end up in Hell if they do not give it up as God said so. There will be NO sin in Heaven as God also says. Better read your bible instead of so many of the gay mags so you know of what you are asking.
