What the HELL did you do to your eyebrows?
*ahem* I mean, its bad grooming to do that to your eyebrows before going to work. You are bound to get a few comments, and at least three raised eyebrows. Just say: "Is that so?" and pretend nothing happened.

Well, I'm not trying to hurt your feelings--but if thats really your picture--I think you should get some new glasses, and you should update your wardrobe..He was wrong to tell you that you look weird, but we all could use a makeover from time to time.

Maybe offended...I wouldn't go into work with a gun tho...Even if you do look weird it was pretty rude to say so, so allude to the fact that he has no manners (in a really rude way, of course).

No. He is unhappy with himself, that is why he said that. Some people need to belittle others in order to feel better about themselves. You don't look weird.
