for a start....you need to eat about every 4 hours.....carrots or celery......teaspoon of peanut butter.....if you don't eat your body will not get in a burning mode....belive me , this I know, been there, done that......
it is true....don't skip a meal....eat a small breakfast, then snack on carrots. about 10 mini ones.....have a small lunch....snack on celery with peanut butter......have a balanced dinner....try not to eat after 7 pm.....
try to limit your calories to vary by day between 1600 to 2000. If you eat the exact amount of calories per day, your body will get use to it and then if you eat more you body will store that extra calories as fat.....take it from me.....I got 100 more to go.....so I know what I am talking about....
contact me......everyone trying to lose needs a ' body buddy ' to chat with.......

Over 50% of Americans are overweight (me too), so don't feel like the Lone Ranger.
I have been reading diet books for over 30 years and it all comes down to this!
3500 calories = 1lb
Try to exercise enough each day to burn 500
calories. walking, swimming, aerobic exercise
is best. You can do some in the morning and some at night, you don't have to do it all at once.
If you can do this, after 7 days (7X5) you will have lost 1lb.
Secondly, if you can force yourself to intake
500 calories less(a Burger King whopper) every day, you will also lose 3500 calories a
week.
If you can do both, you will lose 2lbs per week.
Most doctors think that 2 lbs a week is more than enough. If you lose more, you'll become sick. Worse than that you will become very depressed and you will eat fattening snacks to
satisfy yourself, so everything you have done will be of no value. then you will really be mad and eat more and actually gain more weight.
It sounds easy, take it slow, one day at a time;
don't expect miracles and yes there will be periods when you reach a plateau. the plateau
will end and you may lose 3 or 4 lbs the next week.
Even though I know the answers, I can't do it;
so if you can't, join the club!
Under no circumstances should you drink protein
shakes, or take diet pills- they don't work!
Also, don't be scammed and spend hundreds of
dollars on a workout machine. (JUNK) Check
your Sunday paper in the for sale section and see all of the used machines for sale.
Bottom line- it's all up to you. You do the work and you will succeed- if you don't you'll remain
as you are and the rest of us! I wish you luck!
Hint: eat small healthy meals (six small ones are better than 3 large ones) Learn to love
carrots, celery, broccoli, spinach, squash, cucumbers, radishes. Learn to hate chocolate,
whipped cream, bacon, and all fatty substances. you need 40% protein, 40% carbohydrates and 20% fats.

Im not sure how much discipline you have so Im not going to tell you what the best thing for you to do is, as I would hate to write alot and it all be in vain. That being said if you do want to lose weight and do most things that I tell you, then email.
Otherwise the best thing to do is buy a blender.
Every morning and 2-3 hours before bedtime blend (twice a day total)
handfull of broccoli
handfull of spinach
two carrots and good healthy no added sugar, preservatives ect fruit juice about one glass full, blend, then add water to consistancy you would like. You need to eat alot of food but be it good food. I could start to tell you what effect this has on the blood and ultimately weight loss, but as I said before I dont want to waste my time. Hope this helps

Hi
This plan really worked for me so here goes,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx
Good luck

The problems isn't probably that you don't eat alot...it's probably the little small things that you do eat, that may contain enough to make up for all the other things that you aren't eating. Plus, it's not good for your body to not get all the nutrients that it's supposed to get. Fatty acids are good, but not too many. Fruit, eat lot's of fruit, and no sodas...at all. Drink ALOT of water, and run...so that you may sweat. Plus, signing up at a fitness club is a good idea too...I find it that if you surround yourself with people with the same goal in mind, it really helps. Plus, it's way fun with other people than all by yourself.
I'm not going to say good luck, but encourage you to do your best.

If you are under 18 join your local swim team. you will get in great shape. if you are older, a lot of teams offer masters swimming. this is better than swimming on your own because you have a coach to help you do exersizes and give you advice.
