Make a flyer and post it on telephone poles or other areas people will see it offering to help clean people's houses or to help with yard work. Choose an amount to charge per hour maybe $3-$5 an hour. Elderly people especially would be interested in someone helping them and if you do a good job ask them to refer you to some of their friends.

Sponser a moms afternoon out - take their toddlers to the park so they can stay home and relax.

My thirteen year old granddaughter got a job working at a local restaurant. She was told that the school could not legally give her a work permit until she turns fourteen. They are holding the job for her until then. Once you do turn fourteen, you can get jobs in restaurants, etc. Good luck. Sounds like you got a lot of good answers from others until you do turn fourteen. Check with your school to see at what age you can get a work permit in your state.

You are pretty outta luck. You are too young to legally work, so you are left with odd jobs people might need - which are basically house cleaning, babysitting, pet sitting, dog walking, house sitting, yard cleaning, etc.

Ask your parents if there are any chores you can do around the house such as organizing closets, drawers, and cupboards, cleaning the garage, etc.

You could help some of your neighbors with housework etc. Especially seniors who sometimes have trouble with chores.
