best way to do it that i know of...Dot Net Nuke. It is an easy to use .NET web builder that has a ton of modules built in, that you can easily use. I use it at http://www.homicidalrodents.com and love it. I am a web developer, but i am just to busy to code my own page...so i use it. I have my hosting through http://www.webhost4life.com and they have dot net nuke for free with service, with midgrade service that is...but it is still pretty cheap. i find html but timeconsuming. however if you want to make a webpage quickly and easily without html go to www.freewebs.com sign up and click easy builder it will be simple and painless i promise

it is all TRIAL AND ERROR but at least you can see what you are doing as you are doing it. using visual editors are easier until you learn the codes.
