Most sushi is not often served with a sweet sauce. If is red, it may be the Thai Sweet Chili Sauce someone else mentioned, which you can buy premade, and would be a pain to make yourself
If you mean the sweet, dark sauce that often comes on or with eel (inagi), that's called kabayaki suace and is a simple mixture of 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1/2 cup mirin (this is sweet rice wine) and
1/4 cup sugar. Just mix, bring to a boil in a small saucepan for two or three minutes, and then cool. Store refrigerated. Easy to double or triple.

I don't eat sushi... but there is a red thai sauce that is sweet and hot. It has bits of red pepper in it and is very good. Try looking in your grocery store in the specialty aisle.
