Nope!! Not even for free. He is no worse than anyone else on this Earth but is a human. Just because he kills for pleasure does not mean he is not human or that he should not be treated as such. Would you want someone to taunt you if you were in his place. Do unto others what you would have them do to you.

actually i dont think i would...first off im completely broke and dont have $10 (wow how sad) and second i dont want to ever be anywhere near a killer. especially not the world's worst. If he was the worst he probably would be smart enough to find a way out and hunt me down and kill me.

It's more than enough that part of my taxes would go towards his upkeep, I wouldn't waste my time, enegy or cash on bothering to visit him just to shout insults. That would be lowering my own standards so no thanks.
