DO you mean how many children does Christ father? Christ didn't have children on earth if that is what you are asking... not with Mary magdalene.Did you watch that one movie...I forgot what it is called. Anyways if you believe Christ Jesus and that he has risen from the dead, you have accepted him into your life than you are his child(spirit). All people who believe in Christ are his children no matter what sin you have made because Christ has shed his blood to take away our sins. Get it? If you have any more questions I am open to them.

Since the Bible has nothing recorded, I'm going to make a wild guess...0? Really though, something that important would have been recorded in the Bible. After all, it is mainly about Him. It has written in it that a woman washed His feet with expensive oils, a child would have been much more important.
We need to keep a grip on reality here, and separate fact from fiction.

What difference would it make? If something so not-significant to the rest of the story took place and that made you change your mind, your faith wasn't that strong to begin with. Believing that He was resurrected, that He was who He claimed to be, and following His ways really isn't affected much by all of these new theories that He was married, or had children. Those things don't change anything. They don't cancel out the hope or the blessing we experience right here, right now.
