I'm not sure who are the Top Gear cast now, but I used to watch it and I really like Jeremy Clarkson as a presenter.
Edit: As to whether they are like the typical English/Britishers...well, I know Jeremy Clarkson has the same kind of dry sarcastic humour that the Britishers have.
