Up until a month ago I was drinking soda non stop. I have since drank nothing but water and it has made such a difference in how I feel and look. I have so much energy and my skin is beautiful. Water really is an amazing thing.

Water....all the way....very rarely have soda/pop! You must be from the Midwest....or down south...pop is a local colloquialism.

it would depend. if one is just hanging out and having a good time, pop. but if one is out running around, working out, sweating, etc, then water.

but If I had to pick, I would pick pop (if during the day) and if during evening or night, water.
