Go out and live your life. Don't wait for him. If he really truly totally wanted you, he would not be freaking out, if indeed, that was the problem. If he freaked out, then clearly he is not ready anyway. There is nothing you can do to change him. It's terribly sad when the one we love does not want the same thing, but there is a reason for everything. This is not a reflection of you darlin, this simply means he wanted something different out of life. He can indeed still love you, but not want marriage, living together etc. Someone will come who is ready for the real thing. It wasn't fair of his mother to tell you that. That was not in her right to do that to you. Maybe he will come around again, but you have to take his actions at face value. You sound like a bright and loving young woman. Allow yourself some grieving time. It's ok to be sad. Try to find something to be happy about, a higher purpose etc. You will be alright and will survive this. Just keep remembering there is a reason for everything under the sun. Best wishes!

I'd hate to say this, but more than likely, YES. Because some men are jerks, cowards and stupid losers that dont have balls and cant tell you to your face that a relationship is over. But they rather go ignoring you, and not returning your calls, and stop talkin to you for no reason. But sorry if that is the case, and if not then he better have a good explanation on why he hadnt talked to you for 2 weeks. Definitely try to get in touch w/ him and find out.
Hope I helped♥
now plzzzz pick me as best answer, lol =)

Pretty much; or he's waiting you to talk to him. You should find out for sure. Simply ask him where the relationship stands.
You both may be waiting for each other and someone is going to figure out that regardless, yous both better move on if you're not talking to each other.

Does it matter if he did? That is, do you really want a bf who doesn't talk to you for two weeks at a time? A finance who'd do that? Or, worse yet, a husband? The best predictor of future behavior is past behavior.

He may just be loaded down with a lot of work...................... Not! Yes sweetie, that's what that means, unless you had a guy like my ex, who told me that the reason he didn't call was because he didn't have any interesting stories to tell me............. Like you couldn't just call to say hi, how was your day and tell me that you love me? This is one of the many reaosns why he is now an EX.

do you want a boyfriend who does not talk to you for two weeks? I would say he is spineless to boot. Dating is about figuring out what you like and do not like in a partner. Count this in things you do not like and move on.

You should really ask him, not us.
In any case, not speaking to you for two weeks, it's actually a good reason for *you* to dump *him*. But that's your call.
