John the Baptist was in the spirit and power of Elijah, not a reincarnation. See http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Luke%201:17;&version=31; He paved the way for the first coming of the Lord. Many understand from Malachi 4:5-6 and Matthew 17:10-13, that another prophet in the spirit and power of Elijah will usher in the Lord at His second coming. See http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Malachi%204:5-6;&version=31; and http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Matthew%2017:10-13;&version=31;

certain, certainly! little doubt. i have continually prevalent that. i do not care what something of those people say, John is Elijah ability John is Elijah. No ifs, ands, or buts. "Spirit and ability" is only that, an analogous spirit that became in Elijah. it really is reincarnation. considering even as does "spirit and ability" mean ministry? besides, Malachi's prophecy said that Elijah himself might want to come again, i do not recognize the position the education that John turned right into a lifeless ringer for Elijah got here from. in short, certain I completely agree. do not pay interest to those naysayers. My larger Self instructed me this even as i became 20.

No, reincarnation isn't real, and he is obviously referring to Elijah when he talks abour Elijah!! Also, John said that he wasn't the Messiah(Jesus).

more symbolic.
Elijah's job was to usher in a new age
During the time of John, the name of Elijah was more of a designation
the need for reingcarnation is
1)Heaven ain't good enough
2)God ain't good enough to provide new people to be at the right place at the right time.

according to the bible , Jesus told people that they were one in the same do some research on the history of the bible and what was taken out to benefit the government in an effort to control people basically to have them think that if you only have one lifetime and that if you don't behave the accordingly, you will burn in hell for all eternity

No he wasn't. Remember the Pharisees asked John that, and he denied it.
