Why don't you go with a non-formal wedding..find a park where everyone wears casual comfy clothes...or have a theme wedding, it's your day make it what you want it to be.

I am the same, I hate wearing dresses, but since I wanted my wedding to be perfect, you could wear a pair of shorts or capris under the dress and no one would know, or you could get a nice pants suit that looks nice,

Unless you are really tall, you might not be able to pull off that look. But, if you want to wear pants, you're the bride. I would check out Ann Taylor. You should be able to find gorgeous dress pants and pant suits there. Happy wedding planning!

How about a nice white or cream coloured pant suit instead? It would be very unique and a lot of brides wear pant suits instead of dresses, especially if it is a second wedding or a more mature bride.

You can wear what you like. However, if want pants/capris that are as fancy as even an informal wedding dress, you're going to have a very hard time finding it. You might need to go to a seamstress.

When I got married I wore a very nice pants outfit from Avenues. It was perfect for a wedding and I didn't have to wear a dress.No one said that you had to wear a dress it is your day and you make it anything you want it to be. Good luck. Here is a few places that I found when I was getting married that I looked for outfits at.

I am a wedding photographer & I did a wedding about 2 years ago that did a beach theme all the guest wore beach clothes as well & the bride & groom had on shorts it worked out great & everyone was comfortable

I would not bother to look for pants that look like a dress. Find what you want, wear pants. You will look great.

Go to a prom dress store or a bridal shop and ask for a pantsuit. I almost baught on efor prom one year. It was white with beads all over and was erally beautiful, but it was pants. It was very origianl! I like being different from everyone. Good luck!

capris would be so sad. Why not wear a nice suit? Why not a white tux? Too bad your fiance isn't marrying a woman? Many brides "suffer" on their wedding day to look nice...
