You didn't offend me. Man's wisdom is foolishness to God. I am all for logic, but I abide in faith.

You can't offend me, because Faith, Truth and Wisdom, trump Religions every time.
Religion, and not faith, will be the downfall of mankind. Religion has too many people confused. Yes, even you. You make the statement of Christianity, without knowing the actual truth.
The truth is, that there are 2 factions of Christianity. They are: the Catholics and the Protestants.
The Protestants, led by Martin Luther, protested the teachings of the Catholic church.
The trinity, the idol worship, exalting Mary over Jesus, as the forever virgin or queen of heaven.
Christians were then split between those that Protested, Protestants and those that stayed, Catholics. The protestants split even more, because some still held on to some of the teachings of the Catholic church, and some dropped them entirely. But we all are still called Christians.
So you see, even in your non believer status, you still don't know the truth. Now this was a logical breakdown, by a Christian who is a Protestant. But you still don't know what type of Protestant I am. So not only is everyone Christian is not illogical, but every non believer isn't in search of the truth either.

under what logic does the term non-believer become derogatory? If I were not a believer in the existence of God then I would say I am such without self-reproach for doing so. You should no more feel slighted for being an unbeliever than should I for being a believer. If you call me a believer I would take just as much pride for being recognized for that truth as I would for being called an unbeliever if that were the honest explanation of my epistomological stance.
Your definition of faith is also wrong. Faith is belief in something, your right on that account, but it is not belief without regard to "anything else."
Faith is trust based on the evidence presented to the heart and mind that is adequate to the ends for which the means intended.
In the instance being addressed here, I have empirical evidence thru the bodies organs of sensory perception which my mind has logically concluded that God does indeed exist. The objective truths that I know exists whether I believe them or not are additional evidence that I have in support of my logical conclusions.
Using my eyes and ears and touch, I interact with the world around me and determine that it is real. (Fact)
The laws of physics reveals to me that the universe is fined tuned specifically to support life precisely where life exists and the universe has the fingerprint of a beginning discovered by Bell Laboratories long ago. Some call it the Big Bang, I call it the creation event (Evidence)
There is plenty of additional evidence which for now I do not see it as necessary to elaborate on, for the point I am making is that you haven't got a leg to stand on in your accusation that Christians have come to their conclusions without logic.
God gave you and I a brain and He expects us to use it for more than a hat rack. You can investigate all the claims for yourself and you will find that some of the worlds most brilliant minds set out to disprove the gospel and after an honest investigation have become champions of the faith because they could not deny the truth of its claims and validity in giving the only unified feild of knowledge which answers both the deepest longings in the heart of man and has the only sensible answer to the problem of evil in the world. (Conclusion)
So at your request I will refrain from offending your sensibilities by calling you an unbeliever and will perhaps elevate you to the position where the Word of God defines you....The FOOL hath said in his heart, 'there is no God.'
Call me whatever you wish, but calling me illogical you cannot do.I would suggest that you re-examine the evidence yourself and throw away your bias over a God that holds you accountable as an agent of moral obligation and responsibility.
You might want to learn how to spell also, Mr. Logic.

It's not enough to call someone illogical you have to show how they are. And I would love to have one of you show which one of the formal laws of logic christianity violates. True Christianity uses Logic and Faith. You claim is invalid.

YES!!!! You're soooooo right!!! And in that you have complimented me so very strongly, because I AM A CHRISTIAN, and that means that I have superceded the small-mindedness of non-believing, that I have taken that step across the great abyss, where I no longer need the crutches of logic and reasoning, and all I need is the COMPLETE ILLOGIC OF BELIEF IN GOD, who offers no worldly promises, or evidence of what HE says. Ahhh. Thank you sooooo much. You have finally convinced me that I have crossed "the great divide" from small-minded logic and reasoning to the GREAT MINDEDNESS OF BELIEF IN JESUS OUR CHRIST, OUR ONE AND ONLY GOD!!! Ohh, thanks for the instruction. God Bless you!!

i don't believe of i'm any smarter than you yet countless the failings Christianity says are illogical. through how I evaluate myself a christian yet that doesn't mean i am going to't imagine. the following is one get mutually. the first element that someone could be thinking is not any matter if the conception of sin is actual actual. If God is meant to be ideal how could She have made something or every person that wasn't ideal. imagine about it. the conception of sin assumes particular issues about God that look noticeably not likely. First it assumes a God who's too incompetent to rearrange a standard tutorial field expedition and figure out a fashion to get all the scholars living house effectively. How probably is this that God would not be smart sufficient to go back up with a plan for our salvation that is going to artwork? It also assumes that God must have created us imperfect if we are sinners. One may assume that God will be in a position to create someone ideal every time if he chosen to. Assuming God is able to this, then it follows logically that we could be ideal creations if we are actual creations of this ideal God. except obviously you're saying that God chosen to create us imperfect. If God created us imperfect then something that would flow incorrect is Gods fault, not ours. This seems slightly illogical at brilliant so i imagine that we favor to assume that What God creates would could be ideal. if it is the case and Gods creations are ideal, then not something that we can do could replace what God created ideal and make it imperfect except we assume of that we are extra functional than God is. How probably is it that we the introduction will be extra functional than the author. i in my view locate this concept really exciting, and slightly absurd. faith tells us that God is suitable. If it is actual then it can infrequently be logically for Gods creations to be seen to be something decrease than ideal. if it is the case and we are ideal creations of a suitable God then not something that we can ever do could probably replace this perfection that God willed, except we were so functional that our selections could override and regulate the will of God. How probably is that???? imagine about it. the conception of sin is ordinary nonsense; a lie made up about God through religion. Love and advantages don source --- direction in miracles
