ramekins. they can be made of almost any material. Of note: In the restaraunt kitchens I've worked in the white ones made of china or fired ceramics are sometimes called "ceramekins", short for "ceramic ramekin".

Ramekins or condiment cups. They really come in handy for a variety of things!!

If you mean the little paper ones, then we always called them "portion cups" when I worked at a fast food place.

I presume the paper ones use the same name...
