I teach yoga and I can tell you that it doesn't have to be complicated. I would suggest that you find a "beginning" yoga class, because the moves are slower and easier to follow at first. Alot of the yoga moves are basically the same, and if you can get to a slower paced one and learn some basics then you will feel comfy in any kind of yoga.
In a regular yoga class the moves are quick and fluid, and it can be alittle intimidating to try to keep up at first. Go for it, you'll love it, and keep it uncomplicated!

Yoga helps mind, body and soul. The best yoga for the body is Bikram's hot yoga. The bottom of this wesite explains why and tells about a book on it.
