You sound like you are depressed and without knowing exactly what is going on in your life I cannot tell you exactly what to do but one thing that I can tell you is call the hospital and tell them that you are feeling this way. They will give you an option to come in a check into their mental ward. Now before you say it it is not just for crazy people it is for people who need to talk and need someone to listen to them. They will set you up with a psychiatrist and then you can begin counsiling. I would recommend this more than anything else. Good Luck.

Also I hope that this is real because there are so many people that say these things for the attention they may get. I am not saying that this is why you are doing this but if you are then you will have to live with yourself.

I hope that you do get help and that you find someone to talk to because it can be a very lonely time for someone in your position. So please go and get some help. You will be glad that you did.

The things you describe sound like you have classic depression. I'm not a doctor, but your symptoms are pretty common. Maybe if your family doctor won't listen to you, you should seek out someone else. Also, you should consider exercising. I know you hate it -- everyone does, however, after taking a walk I always feel so much better for some reason. I'll bet you will too. Put on some headphones, grab the dog (or borrow one), and force yourself out the door.

Hello there in first place I think that you are stressed and depressed, in first place I think that you need make some kind of work at home for sample handcrafts some learning about paint, with the end of stay occupied and keep your brain busy is not good that you don´t want stay closer of your family, anyway if you want expend some time try to watch this page www.mensa.com www.metacafe.com if you have some religion go to the church and try to talk with someone there, go out there and enjoy nature rivers, grass, sky is very good medicine , so in some naturism stores you can find passiflorine(make some tea of this plant is very good for relax is not a drug or anything like that) just for sleep good (probably this is the main reason for your problem because you need sleep well....check anyway with your physician.

Find a different doctor. You just described all the symptoms of depression. You need a physical exam. You need to see a good therapist.
Some of us have learned how to hide the depression from other people by acting cheerful and making a joke of everything.
IMHO, you may be doing that.
Don't let your high IQ get in the way of your getting help for yourself.
Been there, done that;it didn't work.

you are definitely depressed.once it hits you there is no going back only you or the doctors can help you,i myself havent been to the doctor and i have definite resons for being depressed.you definetley need to excercise and keep busy the longer you sit around the more depressed you will get.you may not know what is bothering you but it is there in your subconscious.try not to dwell on anything there are some things you cannot do anything about but you can go forward and make a difference in your life.try changing different things in your lifestyle a little at a time.go volunteer somewhere and do something for someone else it will make you feel better about you.

Sometmes when too much time is spent on thinking of YOU, there are a tremendous amount of negatives the imagination will inject into your thoughts.. When ever you are thinking negatively, you will be sad or even depressed, anxious perhaps end up in despondency. There are too many things to do with your mnd to have such negative things occupying it.

If you would like, I can send something that may give your mind somethinig else to think about. Other than negatives. Just give me your email address.

I think you need a break. Go on a holiday, or just go away for the weekend. Get out of your house. You need a change. Do something really different. You maybe bored with yourself. I know that feeling well. Get a new hobby. Join a group or club. If you can't find one with things you really like to do, make up your own club.
What is it you have always wanted to do? Then do it!!
Go now and organise it!!
Good luck!!!

Try another doctor.
I suffer from depression, but due to my upbringing, I smile most of the time and give off an upbeat attitude. I have been hospitalized 9 times for depression, and smiled through them all.
Get a thorough medical work-up (there are medical conditions that mimic mental health disorders) and a NEW DOCTOR. May the Maker bless you, gentle soul. E-mail me at soxrcat@yahoo.com and let me know how you are doing. I care, lady.

well the natural things that might help u are to eat right, and exercise. I kno that would be hard for u to do as u probably don't want to do anything. I have the same problem and just cant motivate myself to get better.

Maybe u have mild or moderate depression . Definetly see a doctor to be re-evaluated , they may have missed something. good luck to u.

An idle mind is the devil's workshop...use some of that gift you have been blessed with and find out how you can influence others,...many brilliant people end up in prison...stop complaining about your self so much,..don't you know there are so many people who would love to have a gift of brilliance? There is nothing worse that a person gifted, who throws it away...take a deep breath, Thank God for what you have, and go girl go...
