i have a stuffy nose when im inside but not shen im outside. y is this? i dont have any allergies. how do i get rid of it? plez help. o yeah my window is open but not helping. plez plez help.

Humidity problems? try putting a bowl of water in front of your fan.

get some 12 hour afrin nose spray, indoors can be a bit stuffy.
it's a life saver for me.

Do you have pets?If so that could be the cause,or you could be allergic to mildew or your carpet....get an air purifier,they really work.

you might have indoor allergies, yes you can develop new allergies!
