i'm a teenager, i'm 6 foot 6, i weigh 130 lbs, i'm a size 7/8, i run cross country, but i eat a lot in between meals and i have really sad muscles everywhere but my calves and thighs. should i change anything significant? what small, practical, time-wise things should i do to help?

No, you should not diet. But, one thing you should do is keep up your exercise (running cross country is like the best exercise you can get!), but try not to eat in between meals. Keep your meals to 3 medium ones that contain 400 each, or 6 mini meals that contain at least 250 calories each. From snacks, choose from fruits and whole-grain granola bars. Since you run, probably nutrition bars like PowerBar and Pria are good for you.

Also, if you're concerned about your muscles, try doing abdominal exercises, like sit-ups, push-ups, and crunches about 50 each a day.

are you sure you got that height correct? Do you mean 5 foot 6? 66 inches?
Anyway, for either one, you are not fat. To work on your muscles, you should do upper body weight training. Try eating a banana before running.
Stay healthy!
Take care!

chose healthy snacks if you have the urge to eat in between meals and also do some toning excercises to fix those "sad" muscles - doesn't sound like you need a total full blown diet, just to tweek a few little things

You should try and loose from 10 to five pounds at least, and eat as healthy as you can!
