www.glidden.com (Paint) virtual paint, find a similar room. pick and choose colors, I have done this HALF OF TODAY! I have one suggestion, even though I'm lost right now. You are young and I love this it is what I have in one room, (it's my favorite room, for real)!. I have hard wood floors, white bedspread. white dust ruffle, off white walls, and have an area rug, in (retro-colors? )light pink fuscia, yellow, green, blue, red, purple, about 12" squares alternating colors.( $20.00 wal-mart) Found lot of accessories at the dollar general (under five bucks each) to decorate with that matched perfect!, when you get sick of it , get a new rug, and new accessories! I am fixing too move and am lost on ideas, but I will transport this room to my new house! I can see this room from the TV room and it makes me smile! Bright colors but not overwhelming, have recieved many compliments, and VERY budget friendly, heck get a little side job, ( babysit, yard work, )and take pride in the fact you can DO IT on your own, your parents will be proud!!!! Stick with a neutral paint and, save $20.00 every three months, (call it 30-35 with the dollar general) and you can recycle/ redecorate every four months. Under $ 100.00 a year if you do it right! NO problem, SHOP, LOOK for markdowns. Good luck! Hope to hear what you do! :)

ive done a lot of remakes on the painting for teens lately ,, some do a scarlet wall and three white walla then black bed coverings and thats sort of modern or the black wall and three in a lightwhite ..,, or use a strip in a wild pattern on a base color or get geometric on the shapes paint isnt too coastly at walmart and remeber to use a primer of dark gray under all dark colors like scarlet or burgandy or black black is the perfect color under reds and light gray is best under yellows like lemon or sunshine

That all depends on what your room looks like. You might want to go to imageshack and upload some pics of it.
