Yes He did. He id say that they could be exiled because of unfaithfulness, but only for a time .( And remnant always remained. There has been a continuous Jewish presence in Israel since the exodus from Egypt) And He also, through His prophets,said that ultimately the nation would be restored to the Land of Israel ,never to be removed again, which is where we are in history right now.

No religion should EVER be allowed to have their own state, let alone nuclear weapons. As there is no such thing as gods, they cannot given homelands to anyone.
