I share experience of my family.

We prefer maruti cars than tata.

Maruti CERTIFIED old cars of your budgets, requirements and chosen models are available in important towns of India.

Making the right choice while buying a used car is very important. In the open market you will be exposed to variety of cars with large variation in quality, condition, price, etc. As a large amount of your hard earned money is being spent for purchasing this car, you must thoroughly scrutinize it for condition, reliability, documents, etc. Many unsuspecting buyers therefore end up buying a wrong car.

I suggest you to go through site:http://www.marutitruevalue.com/Buyers_guide.asp.
Will not it be appropriate if you purchase company's certified old car with one year warranty and certificate regarding taken care of 120 checkpoints.?

If you have made up mind to purchase tata indica, since you say you donot have much knowledge, please go through the above site and study what points a buyer of old car should take care of.

BEST OF LUCK.
