Find a good surgeon (ussualy out of country) and have him "reduce" it for you, it'll be painful, and you might not be able to walk for while, or you can go the safe route, don't have sex.

Don't penetrate the whole way. Just go as far a she can take it. Also, find alternates for sex without vaginal intercourse.
