i got a SD card for my camera from a friend, allthough my photocamera has an MMC card in it. they have the same routing, so I guess they should work...not sure, though...

The MMC card is slightly thinner than the SD's. So if your camera has a slot made specifically for the MMC, an SD will be too fat to get in.

So see if the SD card will slide in. If it does, it will work fine.

Good Luck

What is the make & model of your camera? Most, if not all, cameras that use MMC will also use SD.

All I can say is that I've done it, so it must be possible. Just try it and see if it works. I don't think it's possible to hurt the camera, but don't send me the bill if it does.
