When will they build a new one?

They had the Tabernacle prior to Solomon's Temple. After Solomon's Temple was destroyed, Zerubbabel built a Temple on the site of Solomon's. Over time, Herod rebuilt Zerubbabel's Temple, making it rather majestic. In 70 A.D., the Romans, under Titus, destroyed the Temple, and took all the gold that adorned it.

Another Temple will be built, according to Ezekiel, (chapters 41-44). This Temple will become defiled by the Lawless One, the Anti-Christ. (Cf. Daniel 9, 11 & Matthew 24)

I remember the discussion of a third temple when I was in school. I o not remember if wee setteled the issue. I think there was a much smaller third temple. But-they will be another one soon I believe.
I saw a documentary on TV about a month or so ago about the next temple. All the furnishings and implements have already been made. The Jews know what and where they are going to build-but will not give a date.

No Solomons temple was the first temple built! Before that there was the Ark of the Covenant which the Israelites carried from place to place.
A new temple will not be built! Christians are the temple of the Holy Spirit!

Not that I know of. The next Temple wil not be built by hands.

2 Corinthians 5:1  For we know that if our earthly house of this tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God, an house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.

Hebrews 9:11  But Christ being come an high priest of good things to come, by a greater and more perfect tabernacle, not made with hands, that is to say, not of this building;

No before Solomon's temple there was the Tabernacle. It was basically a fancy tent described in the latter part of Exodus.
The next one will be when Christ rules and reigns on earth.
