No, none do. It's all just more superstition. The funny thing about astral projection is that nobody every really comes back with any information they couldn't have guessed by themselves.

My partner can. That I can gather, it involves quite a lot of psychic ability and mental concentration and discipline. I'm empathic, which is different altogether. I *feel* others.
I'd suggest you develop your psychic ability and your powers of concentration.
