I have dealt with suicidal thoughts before. and suicide in my family. However, I have never heard of suicidal hysteria. I suppose that is neither here nor there that I have never heard of it. There are a ton of support groups online and in your community for depression of all kinds. I would suggest typing "depression chat" in any search engine. Look around. Fine what best fits your situation. I will admit, when I was younger, struggling with all my depression, anxiety, etc. I found that talking to other people like me, helped. Best of luck to you. Remember, suicide is simply a PERMANENT solution to a tTEMPORARY problem. hang in there. it does and will get better. In addition, to what you said about online not being the best place to get help, I think it is a great step in the right direction. Get help where you can. Start online. learn about support groups in your area. Go to them. Seek out a therapist. Realizing that you need to speak to someone, ANYONE, even if it IS online, can be rather helpful.
