Yes there is a pacific reason you do not use anything that has a cord pulled in the wall socket, you run the good chance of getting electrocuted. One hundred and ten vollts will stop yer heart from a beatin' and cook you up nice and well done if you like.

You know that Steve neighbor of yours?
Well, I found out that he's sold his property to the nation of New Guinea so they can fill the place up with a couple of displaced tribes of pygmy headhunter cannibals.
So...NO...There IS no reason not to multi-task that morning activity... Just be sure you do it on the day you invite your new neighbours over for a welcome brunch. You will ALWAYS have a very special place in their hearts and spirits!!!

IN the UK you cannot have a 240volt supply ( socket ) in the bathroom for fear of electricution..Imagine it coming out of a bath/shower all wet and then plugging in your hair dryer ...frzzzzzzzzz...

For the same reason I no longer make toast in the bathtub.

Electic appliances and water do not get along very well together.

If you want to be electrocuted, you can use your hair dryer in the shower.

hmm.. well i would suggest taking a bath instead and using one of those salon hair dryers that you sit in and they pull it down over your head. then at least when they find your deep fried a** you wouldn't be in such an embarrassing position.
