Nope. Thats incorrect. The best way to dry ur hair is to let it dry naturally. Over blow drying will more often than not lead to weak dry hair, a very unactractive look. Headaches as a result of hair will occur if u pull too hard when brushing ur hair, or other chemicals such as hair spray may b the trigger for headaches

No. It is great for your hair and your head not to blow it dry. Headaches can be caused if you pull it up too tightly or are trying to get snarles out with a natural bristle brush. My solution is to comb my hair with a wide-tooth comb and let it dry naturally down. Then I can style it or put it up.

I wrap my hair in a towel after i wash it and i usaully dont get a headache!!!!!
