I think you mean he was illiterate, not literal.

The story, as far as I understand it, is that God essentially dictated the Quran to Muhammed. The Quran, according to the faith of Islam, is God's word. The hadiths are not God's word, they are the examples of Muhammed's life. Therefore one would expect them to be different.

I don't speak Arabic, so I can't say I've read the Quran.

First: He didn't write it. Supposedly he dictated it and others wrote it. You have to rely on the trustworthyness of those who did the recording for accuracy.

Second: No, hadiths are something a bit different. Do some research.

Third: No. The language was entirely human..ancient arabic. There are no original copies of his words either, merely copies of copies. Of copies. The same as the Bible. And just as unreliable.

different, and the Quran is in Arabic no changes happened
as to the first part of the question prophet Muhammed had
a memory that allowed him to memorize up to 5 pages and
that memory was an evidence that he was prophet.

You said about God's words and Muhammed's words. How about what is called Holy Statement or (Hadith Kodsy)? Is this god's words or prophet's words?

I'm not sure because I'm not a Muslin, but in history class, my teacher said that Muhammad went up to this mountain side cave and met an angel there who dictated it to him, over a span of years.
