Yeah Eric and Yums are probably the same people because they give the identical answer with the identical wording every time. There aren't alot of reliable sources out there, here's why. Most of these guys are on enough steroids to make a guppy into a great white shark.Even Arnold admitted using steroids back in the day(probably contributed to his heart problems). This makes using their routines useless because all of the drugs blast their test levels through the roof and combat the catabolic affects of cortisol.Muscle and Fitness is actually a decent publication but I can't even remember the names of all of the books that I've read through the years.Try to buy reference books without fancy covers or use the internet and search for key terms.Anabolism, catabolism, microtrauma, proper protein supplementation while lifting weights.Ignore anything with ads in it and stick to free weights to get big.Remember that the people from Bow Flex lied to you because there's no way the guy in their commercial gained 12 pounds of muscle in 6 weeks. The guy was 40 and athletic his whole life and one machine did that.Yeah right.I hate those lying bastards and I've never even bought anything from them. There is a ton of pertinent information in my best answers. There is no one place that will give you all of the answers for you.Experience and research together are the way.Only pay attention to articles that cite clinical testing if there is a reference number after every significant statement.Joe

You have to understand that there is no sure set graph or book that has all the facts thats right for everyone. Such as Bowflex.. what do they say? "Our gym is the best blah blah blah" its just a promo to try and get you to think hey maybe it is the best. Yes you could do all sorts of routines on it but its not the machine that matters its your routine.. My advice is to strengthen your weaknesses. Because if you start on a routine you already have no faith in, your results will be less than spectacular.. Thats why I make my own..Remember, the lower the reps an higher weight the more mass you'll gain..

provided which you think of you could play alongside thoroughly. If that appeared feasible, then i might attempt a head-pretend: "pay attention that? -- it rather is the hearth alarm, the hearth branch is on their way. particular, i'm rather particular." etc. Failing that, you have gotten to distract the guy in basic terms long adequate which you will get away and make contact with the paramedics. oftentimes speaking, in spite of the undeniable fact that, considering which you have a remarkable to no longer be harmed and an criminal accountability to grant your self with protection, it rather is terrific to stay out of somebody else's fantasy.

American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) is the fitness company that is very knowledgeable with many doctors and professionals on their board, the professional trainers/aerobic instructors use them for information and classes. I think you might like it, they have a nice site.
