I have heard of this before. I also read it in a Dr. Gott Medical article in my local paper. For some reason unknown a lot of people have said it works. I guess when your that uncomfortable its worth a shot.

Never heard of anyone doing this. It fits into the category of being an Old Wives' Tale. Soap has no properties to control restless leg syndrome. Requip is the first FDA-approved medication for the treatment of moderate-to-severe primary Restless Legs Syndrome, or RLS (15 or more episodes monthly)

No I haven't done that sorry my wife will use a pillow when her legs get cramps in them but soap no

Nope, I dont have restless leg syndrome.
But I do know a few people who do this.
So it isnt strange to hear of.

I have heard of this but a better solution is 200-400 IU of vitamin E and some calcium & magnesium each day.

I do and I know of alot of people who do it also.Anyone who does it though just make sure your dog doesn't eat the bar of soap.A friend of mine's dog ate the soap while they were gone.
