I was bathing in the tub outside my trailer and one of my jelious neighbors called the police on me because she knew i had a hot body and she didnt. SO the police came out to my trailer and they pulled me out of my tin tub and one of the officers looked at my body and threw up everywhere. (Maybe he was sick or had a cold)

The other officer was gagging while they were dragging me around the dirt in my front yard all naked.

I didnt violate any law and just want to know that next time this happens can I arrest the pig I mean police officer?

If your going to make up a story at least make it believable!

If youre bathing in public then that is against the law, to show your genitals that is...
The police officer did not violate any law that I know of...what could he be guilty of...being sick in public? Or were you suggesting that because the officer was looking at you when you got out of the tub. This is also not against the law, but it would seem to be really rude...but not unlawful...if you feel very strongly about this then you should talk to the officers supervisor about it. But I can tell you that it would be kind of hard to be able to take this sort of complaint seriously...

You were violating the law. I don't know why they threw up and gagged, but you were naked in public. Even tho you were "in your yard," other people of the public could clearly see you. That's illegal. People go to jail for that everyday. It's called Public Disorderly Conduct. Your case wouldn't last 5 minutes. In fact, you would probably be even more hurt, because they're going to laugh at the fact that you are fighting it. Good luck.

First of all, there is a lot more to this story than your telling. How do I know, just buy the way you wrote it. But lets assume all is as you said. no you can't make an arrest but you sure as hell can go to the city prosecutor and file a formal complaint. assuming your story hold up the officers involve will be temporarily relieved of duty and a trial will be set. If you live live in a town that's crookeder than a snake, go to the state level. there is justice if you pursue it

If 2 cops showed up at your trailer and started gagging and/or vomitting, then maybe the 'hot body' part of this tale is not quite accurate. Or possibly the stench from the trailer and surrounding area was overwhelming. That's why girls like you are called 'trailer trash'!

(If you are gonna bull$hit us....at least make it believable, and also expect some rude remarks)

No but if you call me next time you decide to take another bath outside, I will. You might think about filing charges of peeping on the lady who called the police. Or stalking, that would be kewl.
BTW, law policy is to cover anyone found nude, they broke that policy. Check with the local Prosecutors office about why you were not covered as policy states clearly.

I know you were kidding but any way!
A private person may arrest an offender if the offense is committed in his presence or within his immediate knowledge. If the offense is a felony and the offender is escaping or attempting to escape, a private person may arrest him upon reasonable and probable grounds of suspicion.

Oh right - even thought I know this is a bullshit question, I will bite.

Technically yes. And the officer has to at least cite the other officer or face sanctions which can be up to a $10G fine and permanent removal from all public service (elected, appointed, civil service). However, it is really their word against yours.

I would wait and present it to the DA for charges.

Sorry for your embarassment. You could try a citizen's arrest or you could report it to the police chief. However, be aware that it will be the police officer's word versus your's.

If they complained than you did break the law, unless you were in this camp or other designated facility. Public nudity is a crime (misdemeanor), in most locations. It doesn't matter if she was jealous or not, if she complained of police will act.
