These could be Latin words, but they make no sense put together the way they are.
te amo - I love you
merci - merchandise (dative case)
diversa - different (nominative or ablative case)
So, something like "I, an irresoute person, love you for the merchandise" (nominative) or "I love you for the merchandise in a different manner" (ablative) - very odd, either way. Where did you come across this?
merx (mers) mercis f. [merchandise, goods, wares]
diversus -a -um, [turned away, turned in different directions]; of places, [out of the way, remote]; of character, [fluctuating, irresolute] (participle from diverto -vertere -verti -versum) Adv. diverse [differently, diversely]
It could also be someone's butchered version of "I love you, thank you very much" in mixed languages.

'Te amo,' is Spanish for "I love you;" 'merci' is French for "thanks, or thank you." "Diversa" means what it sounds like, diverse in Spanish. Diverst???
All together it is not Spanish. It could be Italian, but I'm not sure. Maybe Portuguese?
That is my best guess.
