Oh yes.. I heard it said and used it myself.
Bo is actually beau and gosse.. it is not spelled that way but the two words sounds like : BO GUS and it is French for Handsome guy.... Actually I used it as a sort of tease to little guys and would say to them you are a beau gosse and they would turn red.. It is also used to describe a gal's boy friend also... handsome guy.... by the way.. .it is a sort of slang
