yeah I have the same problem mental heal issues and all
1) get some camomile tea or tension tamer tea until you can get real meds from the doctor that work better
2) get ear plugs
3) run a fan or some light music to drown out that music and loud nose
4) you must move
5) report it and ask if you or they can be moved to a queiter area
(I lived in a place like that and they moved a the loud people to the same place so they could all be loud together and the quiet people could all sleep)
6) just try to keep yourself as comfortable as possible get your favorate blanket, clean sheets, keep it dark. Get the clutter down. Control your own area and make it as nice as you can for yourself as possible.
7) Cut out caffeine slowly and out totally it increases anxiety
8) Get a regular sleep schedule whatever that means to you
9) Eat a healthy diet
10) If it is safe for you exercise to blow of steem
11) Do hobies that make you happy
12) Meditation
I sure hope it gets better. I think the doctor will help you. Moving will help you. Get on the top floor next time. Get a unit that does not share walls with as many people as possible perhaps a corner unit. Ask about areas that are quieter. Some are better than others.
I went through this exact same problem and now I live in a quiet place. I still have problems sometimes when I go out to eat because babies scream and drunk people get really loud a restaurants and talk. I do not go to bars, but sometimes at restaurants people get really drunk and loud. It grates on my nerves when they are like this. I have bipolar disorder. I am treated but it still hurts.
The psychiatrist will help you. Please get that help. They are essential.

Sorry to hear this, and sorry that other participants here are not taking your post seriously. Going through anxiety and other mood disorders can be very hard, emotionally. I am not sure what type of anxiety you have, but have you considered getting out as much as possible? Perhaps to the park, or even the library. Bring yourself to places that are known for peace and quiet until you are able to move out of that noisy apartment complex. Also, if there is some music you like - something soothing - put on your headphones and drown out the noise of those less than courteous neighbors.
Sometimes pushing yourself to get out of the house and going somewhere else can make all the difference. Please see your doctor soon so that you can get some help and relief from your symptoms. Best wishes.

My first reaction to your question is to say, "I'd never get myself IN that situation", but then, upon calmer reflection, I realized that not everybody can be in their ideal location, so, if it were me, and if I got no recourse from the management of where I lived, I'd DEFINITELY CALL THE POLICE, AS OFTEN AS NECESSARY!! I did that when I had to go to Houston around New Years day years ago, because of a death in the family, and I filled out a service evaluation form as I left the Hilton Inn where we were staying, with a very non-complimentary review, and subsequently got a free room, and a better one, the next time I went to Houston. Now, they may recommend you move, but, they can make it uncomfortable for your noisy neighbors, and the unresponsive management. I definitely wouldn't put myself in psychiatric care because of somebodies else social disorders, unless you just want to do drugs. It may be that the ultimate remedy is to move, however inconvenient that may be, but it may do you best in the long run. And all the other recommendations of a walk in the park and headphones and peaceful music and video games may also be good, but I'd want to have a more permanent remedy that didn't alter my home leisure because some shitheads couldn't act mannerly or civily or respectfully. God Bless you and the Best of Luck to you.

If talking doesn't help, and you don't want to be pesky to the law enforcement. I turn up the music I like and play game cube.
Otherwise earplugs will work to dampen the noise level, or go to a quiet park long enough to relax so you can handle the problems a little more logically.
Good Luck
