Drink plenty of water, get your hair trimmed on a bi-monthly basis, and take hair and nail vitamins (available at any vitamin store).

I am certainly not an expert so I could be dead wrong - but I don't think you can speed up hair growth. For most beople it grows at about 1/2 inch per month. What you can do is keep it healthy so you need fewer cuts so the length that does grow can be noticed and not needed to be cut off. Good luck to you - I have been growing mine for almost 6 years and it is only just past my bra strap.

Bad hair Cut? Look at a vitamin shop they have lots of vitamins that actually work for skin, nail, and hair.
Hope this helps and good luck. (By the way if your hair is already long...give it a short trim an inch or two. It will help grow new and longer ends)

Move south. Hair grows faster in tropical/southern regions. At least mine did.
