Honestly, I've never heard a thing about cheese w/nightmares.. I can't remember having a vivid nightmare by eating cheese and for a while I was on a major cheese kick.. :)

You'll probably sleep just fine. Salt is a major culprit in causing nightmares. You can also have nightmares if you eat too soon before going to bed.

It usually happens to me if I eat cheese before bedtime. Must be a chemical thing if you ask me.
I hope you get a good nights sleep. Let us know tomorrow. :)

you might but only cos you've psyched yourself up into believing you'll have nightmares after eating this late. Hopefully it'll be only sweet dreams ! Or very cheesy!

nah don't worry it's an old wives tale! my friend ate cheese one night literally just before she went to bed to see what would happen and had no nightmares..mainly because she couldn't sleep as she had indigestion! :) sleep tight

If you're like me and eat before bed you will! I'll make you a deal: you dream nice things about me and I'll dream nice things about you!!!!
Night night, sweet dreams.

Yes you will.
The wardrobe monster will come and drill your teeth and shave your head while you are asleep.
There will be snakes and crocodiles all over your bedroom floor and bed-bugs nibbling your eyelids.
Sweet dreams!!
