Me and my friends say "word" "ill" "thats dope" (meaning thats cool). And I just say word whenever I don't know what to say. We say it kind of as a joke..its more hip hop slang.
I like English slang better than American actually...

lol I seriously wouldnt listen to half of these people, or else you will be sounding like an idiot.
Just be yourself, a lot of people love the english accent and way of talking. And if your going to live in the city, people probably wont even notice haha
