How do you keep the relationship fresh and different so that you can keep the girl for a very long time?

Be yourself, and best of all, don't rush the relationship. Just because you're dating doesn't mean that you have to have a sexual relationship.... as a matter of fact, you shouldn't have any sex at all... that will help the relationship last longer, that is, if it is a relationship worth having. Don't push her to go faster then she is willing, and don't let her do that to you either. Take everything slowly, that way you know that the way you feel and the things you are doing are happening because they are long-term feelings... not a momentary laps of 'love' that really turns out to be infatuation. Just be sincere... don't over do anything that way it doesn't ever feel cheesy.. if it starts to feel cheesy to her then she's not going to want to stick around much longer. She needs to feel that you have genuine feelings for her.

You sound as if you are asking "how much should I feed my fish to keep it alive".
Whatever you did to win her over, you keep doing that. If you pretended to be someone you're not, or mistrpresented yourself in any way, you will fail at this.
To keep a relationship fresh, you have to actively meet your partner's needs, and let them know what you need. People forget to do this when they have spent a long time together. They get too comfortable thinking that their partner is satisfied by their mere presence. Guess what? WRONG.
You have to keep flirting, dating, sharing secrets, asking questions, doing things together that engages both of you, having fun together, treating each other like #!, and trying to win each other over.......keep inspiring them to feel food about themselves and good being around you.
That is how you keep it fresh.

Cook, quite nites at home.
Hold her hand at the bar/grill that you guys frequent.
