A little old man approached a little old lady sitting in the park on a bench. He asked her if she believes in the "hereafter"? The little old lady replied "yes". Then the little old man opened up his coat, exposing himself to her and said "then you know what I'm hereafter"! (LMAO)

They are asking if you believe in heaven, hell, or any other form a a life after death. If you don't and don't believe in god, you are an atheist. If you don't know or don't care, you are an agnostic. If you go to church or temple or pray towards mecca five times a day, you are a theist, and believe in an afterlife.

There just asking you if you believe in a life after death. Meaning life in heaven, or do you feel that whne you die you start a new life. There all these ethical questions that no one really could answer.

I do believe in life after physical death here on earth. Have you ever read accounts of people who have "died" for a period of time, only to have life returned to their bodies after intervention here on earth? Many have stated that they will never fear death again because of what they experienced in that state of death. These accounts are a wonderful God-given picture of what is coming for each of us who puts their trust in Christ. He did state that there are many mansions in heaven and that he was going to prepare a place for those who have made that choice to trust Him. He also promised that Heaven will be a happy place, where there will never be any sadness, tears or sickness. But most of all, I will be able to thank Jesus face to face for offering Himself for me......and you, if you choose.

God put Adam and Eve on a beautiful planet and gave them everything to delight them. They rebelled so does that make God's purpose go away? No, that just makes him change who is going to live there.
Soon now he will destroy the wicked and bring about a beautiful paradise earth for obedient mankind. To live on this earth forever.Free from Satan and his demons.

What they mean is, do you think your spirit lives on or dies with the physical body. I believe my spirit is immortal and will live forever.

They are trying to confirm your belief in heaven, rebirth, etc. It varies from person to person, but that is the gist of it.
