Younger children (elementary school age) don't usually know yet how serious the consequences are to do that and they just think that it'll make these kids stop being mean to them. High school aged kids that do this are usually the calloused, hardened teens who just don't care anymore and want to "teach someone a lesson"....the ultimate lesson.

Sadly kids can be cruel. If you don't fit into the Old Navy commerical than you are ridiculed and tortured. You look goth you get picked on. You are gay you are tortured in school. All people want is to be accepted for who they are. It is hard to go to school everyday to have people torture based on how you dress instead of who you are.

probably being abused by parents then going to school to be picked on too! so many things that cn cause them to hate so much and do something like that,but i dont understand cause their life only gets worst!
