I come from the Republic of Ireland were I have seen young men and women from both sides of the border throw out empty beer cans out of there car windows plus they all over the road it make me angry where accidents are caused by drunk drivers they cause death or injures on the roads, there are days I feel the Garda/police should wait outside saloons or bars to make sure that drunks do not get into their cars mainly on weekends, I hate watching the news about road deaths at the weekends especially boy racers who don't care about poaple who use sidewalks or other road users. especially at the weekends were there is road deaths of some sort, some times driving far to fast going over the 100 Km/h / 60 mph speed limit I Have nearly been run of the road with them and if it is not drink its drugs or sometimes both. Drunk drivers are a danger to other road users and do's not matter were abouts in the world they come from they should lose their license for good
they destroy other family's as well as their own lifes.

Of Course, as long as what you are drinking does not contain alcohol, or any other chemical which will affect your ability to drive, unless you are driving a horse. A good horse will take you home, no matter what you're drinking.

Hell, no!
On Sept. 19, 1999, 20-year-old Jacqueline Saburido and four friends were on their way home from a birthday party when their car was hit near Austin, Texas, by an SUV driven by 18-year-old Reggie Stephey. Saburido was pinned inside the burning car and suffered severe burns over 60 percent of her body. She has had 40 operations and requires more.
