Dear Salman
In answer to your medical question, we must first discribe what a fit is. A fit is a convulsion of the whole human body shaking and the eyes rolling.
To the on-looker who as never seen a person in a fit, or convulsion, it is a frightening experience and it is not un-common for the on-looker to panic with regards to what to do.
Fit's, or Convulsion's occure in two medical condition's:-
1st.....In a Epileptic Fit, were a person suffer's from epilepsy which is partially due to a degree of brain damage. and
2nd....In babies and young children when they sustain what is called a [ Infantile Fit ] [ Infantile Convulsion ] or [ Infantile Seizure ] and this condition mainly affect's children from the age of 6 months old to 5 years, male, or female and is due to no form of brain damage, but to that of the over-heating of the child's body temperature.
Your question ask's [ Can Fit's, or Convulsion's ] be cured permanently.
This depend's upon whether the Fit, or Convulsion is [ Epileptic ], or [ Infantile ].
If the Fit, or Convulsion is [ Epileptic ] then the answer to your question is [ NO ] due to the fact that epilepsy is due to brain damage which require's continuous medication of drug's such as phenobarbitone to control the condition.
If the Fit, or Convulsion is [ Infantile ] then the answer to your question is [ YES ] as Infanile Fit's, or Convulsion's only last for a few moment's and will pass away on it's own accord without any medication, or treatment and will not normally re-accure in later life.
I therefore trust that this answer's your medical question.

When you say "fits", I am assuming you are talking about seizures or epilepsy. There are medications for this to help control the seizure activity. You need to see a doctor about this.

Firstly it's incorrect to call them 'fits' they're seizures.
You really should consult a neurologist or family medical doctor or a nurse practioner for the right information.
